Movimento sindical brasileiro: uma análise de seu nascimento a sua posterior cooptação pelo governo Vargas

Abstract

O trabalho é o pilar sob o qual se ergue toda a produção e reprodução da vida humana, sendo

a partir desta atividade que se constituíram as relações econômicas, políticas e sociais sobre as

quais se sustenta o modo de produção capitalista. Tendo em vista ser o capitalismo um

sistema econômico injusto desde seu nascimento, calcado na exploração de uma classe

detentora dos meios de produção por outra que nada tem além da própria força de trabalho e

que vive em constante luta contra as atrocidades cometidas em nome da maior lucratividade,

torna-se essencial o estudo do processo de luta e resistência da classe trabalhadora. Para que,

compreendendo seus ganhos e percalços possa se fazer uma melhor análise de novas

perspectivas de avanços na conquista de direitos trabalhistas e na superação desse modo de

produção. O presente estudo fará uma abordagem histórica e jurídica dos instrumentos de

organização e luta da classe trabalhadora partindo da Revolução Industrial, ocorrida em solo

europeu por volta do século XVII até o surgimento dos primeiros sindicatos brasileiros. Dessa

forma, a partir da análise da nascente legislação responsável pela regularização das entidades

sindicais, buscará compreender como um movimento sindical firme e combativo do início do

século XX foi posteriormente institucionalizado de forma autoritária pelo governo de Getúlio

Vargas, culminando em sua cooptação e desmobilização.

Labor is the pillar in which raises all off the production and reproduction of the human race,

and from this activity that constituted the economic, politic and social relations that supports

the capitalism way of production. Owing to the capitalism be an unfair economic system since

its birth, based in the exploration of a class which owns the way of production by another who

owns nothing beyond its own force of labor. In addition this class lives in a constant struggle

against the atrocities committed in the name of a bigger profitability. In this way, became

essential the study of the process of struggles and resistance of the working class. For what,

by understanding its earnings and mishaps it can be make a better analysis of the new

perspectives and advantages on the achievements of the workers’ rights and in the

overcoming of this way of production. This study will make an historic and legal approach of

the instruments of organization and struggle of the working class starting from the Industrial

Revolution, which occurred in European ground around the 17th century until the appearance

of the initial Brazilians union organizations. In this way, starting from the analysis of the

incipient responsible law for the regularization of the union organizations, it will pursue a

better understanding how a straight and agonistic union organization movement from the

beginning of the 20th century was later institutionalized in an authoritarian movement by the

government of Getúlio Vargas, culminating in its cooptation and demobilization.
