Abstract:
O presente trabalho, destinado à conclusão do curso de Direito da Faculdade de
Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, intitulado “Considerações Acerca da
Irredutibilidade no Valor dos Benefícios de Aposentadoria no Regime Geral de
Previdência Social Brasileiro”, fundamenta-se a partir da análise de 03 capítulos.
Primeiramente, abordar-se-á o surgimento da proteção social no âmbito mundial e
brasileiro. Ainda, analisar-se-á especificamente os Princípios Constitucionais que
norteiam a Seguridade Social. Em um segundo momento, estudar-se-á a Previdência
Social, sua conceituação e seus princípios específicos, bem como seus regimes e os
benefícios de aposentadoria oferecidos. Por fim, examinar-se-á o especificamente o
princípio da Irredutibilidade do valor dos benefícios nos benefícios de aposentadoria
do Regime Geral de Previdência Social, além da análise da atual aplicação de
reajustes nesses benefícios. Complementar-se-á o estudo do tema com o exame de
propostas de emenda à Constituição Federal de 1988, bem como alguns projetos de
lei que objetivam a aplicação novos índices de reajuste nos benefícios de
aposentadoria da previdência social brasileira.
This work, for the completion of the law school at the Law course at the Faculty of Law
at the Federal University of Rio Grande, titled "Considerations About Irreducibility any

complement the theme of the study with the amendment proposals examination to the
Federal Constitution 1988, and the possibity of application new adjustment indexes
nos Benefit Retirement Brazilian social security
